Number of guests
There are extra fees (20$ per person for day) when a reservation is made for more than 6 people.

Terms and conditions
• Guarantee deposit 500$
• Weekly locations go from Saturday to Saturday
• Possibility of reserving for three to five days during any given week if available
• Deposit of $300 CDN at the time of reservation and balance one week prior to arrival
• Balance payable one (1) month prior to arrival
• No pets
• No smoking in the house

Arrival and departure
For one week reservations, arrival is on Saturday at 5:00 o’clock p.m. and departure the next Saturday at 11:00 a.m (in order to give us sufficient time to prepare for the next visitors.)
